Amelia: 20 Days Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn Portrait Session

This tiny little lady came to visit my studio back in December for her very first portrait session. Her mama, daddy, and big brother were all completely smitten with her and anyone would have been able to see why! She started out her session little bit curious about me and gave me some adorable awake shots. Once she got nice and cozy she decided to take a little nap so I could also get some sleepy shots for her mama. She was just a doll and was so much fun to photograph! We styled her session with pinks, greens, and warm neutrals and added a few floral touches here and there. šŸ™‚ Here are some of my favorites from Ameliaā€™s newborn sessionā€¦..

Avery: 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, LA 1 Year Portrait Session

Sweet Avery! I have been photographing her since she was a tiny little newborn and she just gets sweeter and sweeter each time I see her! She came to the studio again back in December for her 1 year portrait session and was an absolute doll. Her mama brought two adorable dresses for her to wear and we paired them with a few different backdrop with lots of girly accents. While she wasnā€™t technically signed up for my JOY Plan, we still did some ā€œprogressionā€ pictures at each of her sessions to see how much she has grown. Laikyn: 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn and Baby Photographer

Another one of my JOY Plan babies is all grown up! I canā€™t believe how fast the year has gone with this little one. I first met Miss Laikyn at her newborn session when she was just a tiny 9 day old baby. She was so easy to photograph then and just kept getting easier as the year went on. Her 1 year session was just the best of all girly things paired with some beautiful dresses that her mama brought. Liam: 1 Year Old | Denham Springs, LA Newborn and Baby Photographer

My sweet buddy Liam came back to the studio for his final JOY Plan session back in December! He has been so much fun to photograph during his first year and it has been such an honor to get to watch him grow and his sweet little personality develop. He has the BEST smile and, as always, was so sweet for his session. We started with a couple of more traditional setups and then ended with a fun Christmas-y setup since it was so close to Christmas! Harrison: 19 Days Old | Baton Rouge, LA Newborn Session

I got to photograph this tiny little one back in December for his first portrait session. He couldnā€™t have been any more perfect! We started the session getting some pictures with his VERY proud big brother (scroll down below to see some of those) and then we let Harrison be the star of the show from there. We used lots of classic neutrals for his session and added in bit of blues and greens here and there for some pops of color. I just love how all of his sweet pictures came out but here are a few of my favoritesā€¦
