Lucas: 15 Days Old | Baton Rouge, LA Newborn Portraits

I got to photograph this little love’s older cousin a few years ago (who did an AWESOME job!) so I was super honored when this family contacted me to photograph Lucas for his newborn portraits as well. 🙂 Mama gave me free reign to choose colors for his sessions so I went with a grey, neutral, and forest green palette. I think it looked perfect with his skin tone. Lucas LOVED being swaddled up all tight and cozy so I did quite a few of those setups. He wasn’t a huge fan of being naked but we did manage to get a few super sweet shots of him posed on some blankets that I love. 🙂 Here are some of my favorites from his newborn session….
