Jensen: 11 Days Old | Hammond, LA Newborn Portrait Session

You guys! Just look at this little doll! Sweet Jensen came to visit me for her very first portrait session when she was about a week and a half old. Her mama requested neutrals colors and greens and I threw in a little pop or a purplish/pink color for a little pop. 🙂 She slept so peacefully for her session but did wake up just long enough for me to snap a few ADORABLE awake shots! While at her session her mom mentioned their family had a love of horses so I worked a little magic to add a special image to her final edits. 🙂 Here are some of my favorites from Jensen’s newborn session…

11 day old newborn baby girl is photographed in Baton rouge, Louisiana by Cherilyn Haines Photography. Her session was styled with whites, greens, and browns, and a pop of pink. We added a few rustic props as well as a setup with the baby girl sleeping on a horse saddle for her family's love of horses. This baby girl was photographed swaddled in a tiny wooden bed as well as in a bowl and a wooden nest surrounded by greenery.
