I got to photograph this gorgeous mama back in April while she was pregnant with her little one. 🙂 She was an absolute dream to photograph and let me try out some of my newer (at the time) pieces from the studio gown collection on her. I got to photograph the third sweet baby of this family back in April! Sweet Hollis was so eager to make his way into this world that we had to wait a bit longer for him to be strong and healthy enough to come visit. And he was an absolute dream! His big brother and big sister are absolutely smitten over him and it was the sweetest thing to see them giving him all of the kisses. 🙂 He made my job so easy and I just adore how his images came out. Here are a few of my favorites…..

I am officially about 6 months behind on blogging since I’ve already photographed this little lady as a 6 month old! I met Miss Charlotte, one of my JOY Plan members, back in April for her newborn session. You guys…she was just the sweetest, squishiest little thing with the BEST cheeks! I adored all of the girly setups we did with her and she was just the most fun to pose and photograph. 🙂 I have way too many favorites from her session but I’ve narrowed it down to these just for sharing purposes. 😉 And be on the lookout for her next session that will, hopefully, get blogged sometime before the next 6 months pass!

Rowan: 24 Days Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn and Baby Photographer

Oh Rowan…..the sweetest and most laid back little one! I had so much fun photographing this sweet guy back in April for his newborn session. We kept the colors nice and simple and neutral with a few little pops of color added in. And, of course, we had to add a little nod to LSU in there. 😉 Rowan let me get all of the sweet poses that we had planned and was still SO sleepy at the end when we were trying to wake him up. Some of my most favorite poses happened in the last 5 minutes of his session! Here are a few of my favorites…..

24 day old baby boy was photographed as a newborn at Cherilyn Haines photography's studio in Baton Rouge. He was photographed on white blankets and props and also wore a tiny baby-sized LSU football uniform.

Sweet Cooper, just 7 days old, came to visit me at the studio for his first portrait session! His super proud big sister was so proud to show him off and was so sweet to him. 🙂 We styled Cooper’s session with shades of tans, greens, and blues. He was such a snuggly little guy and slept so soundly until the VERY end when he decided to wake up and check out who has been messing with him all morning. 😉 His mama signed him up for my JOY Plan so I actually get to photograph him again this week for his 6 month portraits!
