My sweet buddy Liam came back to visit me for his second JOY Plan session back in June! He has the biggest, most infectious smile ever and was so, so much fun to photograph! And the most gorgeous eyes! His mama brought some simple, classic outfits that we paired with some classic neutral and boy-ish toned backdrops and he was just absolutely adorable in every setup. 🙂 I can’t wait to photograph him again in a couple of months for his next session!

Ethan: 10 Days Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn Session

I had the privilege of photographing this adorable baby boy when he was just 10 days old! He was the SWEETEST little one and was so much fun to photograph. I absolutely loved the setups for his session – using lots of different shades of blue. And he was SO sleepy that he slept through every setup I had planned for him. We ended his session using a special blanket and outfit that a family member had made and those ended up being some of my absolute favorites (and may have made his mama tear up a little). Look at this sweet guy I got to photograph back in June! He was a tiny little thing with the sweetest little personality. He has a big brother and sister who just LOVE him and I know they are going to have so much fun playing together when he’s older. 🙂 We styled Shah’s session with shades of blues and greens with a few little rustic accessories. My sweet friend Josephine came back to visit me for her sitter session back in May. What a little red-headed doll she is! She has the sweetest little personality and gave me so many different expressions. And boy did she love chewing on those toes! Ha! Her mama brought some of the sweetest outfits for her and I, of course, had so much fun pairing them with as many girly things as I could. 😉 I can’t wait to see her again in a few months and see how much she’s grown! Lily: 1 Month Old | Denham Springs, Louisiana Newborn Portrait Session

I was SO excited to get to meet this sweet girl! I have been photographing her big brothers for years now and I was so excited for them to get to add a brand new sister to their family! Miss Lily was just a doll and was so easy to photograph! She had the squishiest cheeks and slept through every setup that I had planned for her. We styled her session with pinks, purples, and neutrals and did a combination of posed setups on blankets and swaddled setups in props. We also let mom, dad, and her big brothers hop in for a few pictures with her but I’ll let her shine all by herself in this post. 😉 Here are some of my favorites from her newborn session….
