Lily: 1 Month Old | Denham Springs, Louisiana Newborn Portrait Session

I was SO excited to get to meet this sweet girl! I have been photographing her big brothers for years now and I was so excited for them to get to add a brand new sister to their family! Miss Lily was just a doll and was so easy to photograph! She had the squishiest cheeks and slept through every setup that I had planned for her. We styled her session with pinks, purples, and neutrals and did a combination of posed setups on blankets and swaddled setups in props. We also let mom, dad, and her big brothers hop in for a few pictures with her but I’ll let her shine all by herself in this post. 😉 Here are some of my favorites from her newborn session….

Brooke | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Maternity Portrait Session

This gorgeous mama-to-be came to the studio back in May to photograph her growing baby bump! She had a specific look in mind, incorporating white tulle and blue florals and I love how those setups came out. Bellamie: 9 Days Old | Denham Springs, LA Newborn Portrait Session

I met this gorgeous girl back in May for her newborn session! I had so much fun styling her session with these beautiful shades of blues and purples, with a hint of pink! We added lots of floral touches and bows to make it extra girly and I just adore how everything coordinates so well together! Miss Bellamie was another of a string of perfectly sleepy little ones for me and I had so much fun photographing her! Here are some of my favorites from her session…

Amelia Mae: 8 Days Old | Baton Rouge, LA Newborn and Baby Photographer

I got to meet this sweet girl back in May for her very first portrait session! Her mama was a beauty for her maternity session so I knew this little doll would be a beauty as well! She was perfectly sleepy the whole time and did so many sweet setups for me! Her mama and daddy are absolutely smitten with her and I can absolutely see why! We styled her session with some soft pinks, light greens, and some neutrals with just a touch of florals. 🙂 Here are some of my favorites from Amelia Mae’s newborn session….

Dawsyn: 8 Days Old | Denham Springs, LA Newborn and Baby Photographer

Oh, I couldn’t WAIT to get to meet this little one! I got to photograph her big sister throughout her first year (as well as her mama through both pregnancies) so I just knew Miss Dawsyn was going to be a doll! She had the best hair and the sweetest little cheeks and was SO easy to photograph. This color palette makes me all kinds of happy with the rich jewel tones and, of course, we added in a few simple classic neutrals – one using her mama’s wedding veil. I had WAY too many favorites from her session but I managed to narrow it down to 9 just for this blog. 😉
