Tateum: 16 Days Old | New Orleans, LA Newborn Photographer

I photographed this little guy’s mama while he was still in her belly so I was super excited to finally get to meet him! Tateum was just the sweetest little guy for his session! His mama booked a Petite Session which includes swaddled setups and he was SO cozy and sleepy the whole time. 🙂 We used a combination of sea greens and shades of blues and grays for his session and I love how they all coordinate so well together. And, of course, I had to try and get some stretching shots at the end when I unswaddled him and he gave me an amazing big yawn! Here are some of my favorites from his newborn session….

Laikyn: 6 Months Old | Hammond, LA Baby Photographer

Look at this little doll I got to hang out with again back in April! Miss Laikyn is one of my JOY Plan members and she came back to see me for her 6 month portraits! Her mama brought the sweetest outfits for her to wear and Laikyn brought all of her best smiles for me! We used lots of girly, floral backdrops paired with a few simple setups for a variety of options for her mama to choose from. (FYI – she couldn’t choose so she got them all. 😉 ) Here are some of my favorites from her session…

Dietrich: 12 Days Old | Denham Springs, LA Newborn Portrait Session

What a sweet, simple newborn session this was! Mama wanted to keep all of the pictures as neutral and simple as possible (with a little touch of blue) and I just adore how these came out. Dietrich was the best little baby for his session and let me pose him in lots of different setups as well as a couple of outfits that mama brought for him. He slept so well and was just so relaxed that he made my job super easy! Here are a few of my favorites from his session…

Hadley: 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn and Baby Photographer

My sweet friend Hadley came back to visit me for the last of her JOY Plan sessions! This little lady has been SO much fun to photograph over the last year. She is just the sweetest little thing and always gives me the cutest expressions. I loved getting to see her fun (and a little feisty 😉 ) personality at this session and she definitely did her best to keep us all on our toes! Hannah | New Orleans, LA Fine Art Maternity Session

Another stunning mama came to the studio for her maternity portrait session! Gorgeous Hannah brought this beautiful fitted black gown (so, mamas – I hate to tell you but this one is not in my collection…..yet. 😉 ). She also wore a black long sleeve bodysuit as well as a more casual button down shirt look. I always get asked if dads (or kiddos) can be in a few pictures and yes. Absolutely!
