Grant: 7 Days Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn and Baby Photographer

This adorable little one came to visit me at the studio for his very first portrait session back in January! I photographed his sweet big sister as a newborn so I was SO excited to get to hang out with this family again. Grant couldn’t have been any more perfect for his session – he let me get through every setup we had planned for his session and also happily let his big sister snuggle with him for a few as well. 🙂 We styled his session with perfectly boyish shades of blues and greens with a few rustic vibes added in. I had so much trouble choosing my favorites to post but here are some of them…..

Grace | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Fine Art Maternity Portraits

This gorgeous mama-to-be came to the studio back in January for her maternity portrait session. She chose 4 different looks for her session for a great variety of portraits. We started with a gorgeous pale blush tulle robe that we used for some standing and laying down shots. We then did a couple of poses in a deep cranberry bodysuit that Grace brought with her. Again – amazing! The third look she chose to do was another gown from the studio collection – a pink mermaid style gown that was a beautiful color on her! And last, we went with a glamorous silver silk tossing fabric. So many favorites to share!

Evan: 7 Weeks Old | New Orleans, LA Newborn Portrait Photographer

I was so excited to get to meet this sweet guy, but maybe not quite as excited as he was to meet his family! He decided to sho up really early and spend a little extra time in the NICU. (In fact, we had to cancel his mama’s maternity session because he was trying to break out of there early!) Thankfully, he is now healthy and happy at home with his mama, daddy, and super proud big sister. 🙂 He was such a sweet sleepy guy for his newborn session and let me do all of the setups I had planned out for him. We styled his session with deep blues and greens – some of my favorites for baby boys. 🙂 Here are a few of my favorite images from Evan’s session…

Katherine, Henry & Foster: Baton Rouge, Louisiana Triplets Newborn Session

I got to start off 2023 with a bang by photographing my very first set of TRIPLETS! I would be lying if I said I wasn’t a little bit intimidated to work with three tiny little ones but they couldn’t have been any sweeter for me! Mom requested a specific color for each baby – pink for Katherine, blue for Henry, and Green for Foster so I incorporated those colors throughout. We also, of course, did some classic neutral setups for them. We stuck with mainly swaddled shots to make sure they were all nice and cozy but we did slip them into little fuzzy footed pajama outfits at the end. And let me tell you…they have a gorgeous big sister who is absolutely smitten with them! It was way to hard to narrow down to the amount I share on here so I chose some of them together and individually…..

Liam: 16 Days Old | Hammond, LA Newborn and Baby Portrait Photographer

This sweet little one was my last session of 2022 and he made it SO easy on me! He tried his hardest to stay awake for a little while (and gave me some adorable wrinkled forehead shots) but he quickly fell into a super deep sleep and let me get through all of the setups I had planned for him! We styled his session with neutrals, blues, and shades of sage/aqua. And just look at those adorable pouty lips he has! <3 Here are some of my favorites from sweet Liam’s newborn session…
