Sweet Miss Eliza came back for her final JOY Plan session back in December! She has been an absolute joy to get to hang out with and photograph over the last year! Luckily for me, she has a brand new brother and sister that I get to photograph during their first year so I’ll get to see her more! Sweet Eliza certainly showed off her personality during her session and she sure does smile big for her daddy! 🙂 Her mama brought some perfect outfits for her session and we paired them with some sweet floral backdrops for a super girly look. This sweet little lady came to the studio around the Christmas season so, of course, we had to do some adorable Christmas themed sets. We also incorporated reds and greens, as well as classic whites, to her session as well and I just adore how everything flows so well together. This sweet guy came to visit the studio back in December for his very first portrait session! He was the sweetest, snuggliest little guy and the most fun to get to dress up! We styled his session with shades of blues and grays and he let me pose him in all different positions and props. A perfect little model! Natalie | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Fine Art Maternity Session

I got to photograph this gorgeous mama’s brand new baby boy a couple of weeks ago so I figured it was time to blog her maternity session! Natalie booked my Deluxe Maternity Session so we were able to get through quite a few looks with her. We started with a classic black dress that we added a hat to for some variety and then we moved to one of my brand new black tulle gowns that I ordered specifically to match a look that Natalie was going for. we then moved to a more fashion look with an open blazer and jeans look (one of my current favorite casual looks) and then ended the session with two different colors of silk tossing fabrics for a more glamorous feel. I love the variety of outfits and looks that Natalie chose and she looked stunning in all of them! Here are some of my favorites….

Josephine: 12 Days Old | Denham Springs, LA Newborn Portrait Session

This sweet little lady came to the studio for her very first portrait session back in November! She was just the sweetest, sleepiest little thing with the squishiest cheeks! 🙂 We used pinks, lavenders, and neutrals for her session and added some touches of lace and florals for a simple, classic look. Here are some of my favorites from Miss Josephine’s newborn session….
