I love it when I get to see all of my JOY Plan babies again! I specifically see the most change between the newborn session and 6 month session. The last time I saw Colston he was a tiny little sleepy guy. And now he’s a sweet, happy guy! His mama brought the sweetest little knit overall set that was the same as we used at his newborn session (just a few sizes bigger 😉 ) and I loved seeing those progression shots! Here are some of my favorites from Colton’s session. And we may have let big sister jump in for a few sweet shots while he was getting changed. 😉

Daniel: 1 Year Old | New Orleans, Louisiana Baby Plan Photographer

Another one of my JOY Plan babies is all grown up! Sweet Daniel has been so much fun to photograph through the year! I first met this family when I photographed Daniel’s big brother and it’s been so nice to get to keep seeing them throughout the year. We may have even let big brother hop in for a few shots too. 😉 Since Daniel’s birthday is around Mardi Gras, we did a few cute themed cake smash shots at the end of his session. I had the honor of photographing this sweet girl as a newborn and also a 4 month old so, of course, I was super excited to see her again as a big ol’ 1 year old! She is just the happiest, sweetest little lady and was such a joy to photograph again! Her mama brought the sweetest outfits for her to wear, as well as an ADORABLE bonnet! Another one of my JOY Plan babies came back to visit me! I photographed sweet Parker last year as a tiny little newborn and I got to photograph him again in January for his 6 month portraits. 🙂 This sweet guy has the BIGGEST and most contagious smile and was just absolutely adorable! His mama brought some really cute, simple outfits for him to wear – which is what I think works best for timeless portraits. Here are some of my favorites from Parker’s session… (I sure do hope he smiles this big at me when I get to see him next for his 1 year session!)

What a sweet little lady this one was! Miss Julia had her first portrait session with me back in January and was a perfect little model! Her mama chose perfectly girly shades of pinks and purples for her session and we added touches of florals, lace, and dainty fabrics.
