This is just the CUTEST age to photograph little ones! Half of his session was filled with sweet smiles and adorable expressions, and the last half was full of sleepy little setups. We styled his session with some neutrals and greenery that made his beautiful eyes pop! Here are some of my favorites of this sweet guy’s session….

This sweet family lives in Washington D.C. but schedules portrait sessions with me when they’re in town visiting family and friends. 🙂 I got to photograph the gorgeous Sydne while she was expecting her newest little one back in. June. She is always so easy and fun to photograph. Dad (and the two proud big sisters) do a pretty good job as well. 😉 I loved the options Sydne chose from the studio collection to wear for her session. The deep purple looked especially gorgeous on her! Here are some of my favorites from their most recent session…

Sweet Kennedy came back to see me for her second JOY Plan session back in June! (I recently photographer her as a 1 year old so hopefully I’ll get that session blogged sooner rather than later! 😉 ) Kennedy’s mama brought the SWEETEST outfits and we paired it with some sweet girly backdrops, including one of the same ones we used at her newborn session. 🙂 She has the most beautiful smile and she definitely gave her biggest smiles when her toes were being tickled! Miss Scarlett had her third and final JOY Plan session with my back in June and it was such a fun session! She had the best smile and the most fun, playful personality! He paired her beautiful outfits with a couple of floral backdrops as well as couple of solid, classic backdrops. And, of course, we had to do a recreation of one of her setups from her newborn session. I got to meet sweet Eliza back in June at her newborn session! She was the sweetest, sleepiest little one and was so much fun to photograph. While in the planning process for her session her mama mentioned that they loved pinks and purples and would love some pictures that included greenery, mossy looks, and whimsical fairy themes. I LOVED getting to put my spin on these requests and I ended up loving SO many of her images. 🙂 Here are just a few of my favorites….
