Alright…still trying to blog through some of my 2023 sessions! (I’m *ALMOST* there! Ha!) This sweet guy came to the studio right before Christmas for his first portrait session! I photographed both of his big sisters as newborns so I was excited to get to hang out with this sweet family again! Brooks was just the most adorable, laid back guy and let me get through lots of different setups, as well as some family and sibling shots. Here are some of my favorites from his newborn session….

This sweet girl came back to see me for her second JOY Plan session back in December! She was a such a happy, sweet little smiler for me! And look at those eyes! I adored the outfits that her mama brought and we paired everything with some super sweet girly backdrops. 🙂 I get to photograph Miss Scarlett again next month and I can’t wait to see how much more she’s grown! I absolutely loved photographing this gorgeous mama back in December! She was as sweet as she was stunning and was so much fun to photograph. Amelia: 20 Days Old | Baton Rouge, Louisiana Newborn Portrait Session

This tiny little lady came to visit my studio back in December for her very first portrait session. Her mama, daddy, and big brother were all completely smitten with her and anyone would have been able to see why! She started out her session little bit curious about me and gave me some adorable awake shots. Once she got nice and cozy she decided to take a little nap so I could also get some sleepy shots for her mama. She was just a doll and was so much fun to photograph! We styled her session with pinks, greens, and warm neutrals and added a few floral touches here and there. 🙂 Here are some of my favorites from Amelia’s newborn session…..

Avery: 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, LA 1 Year Portrait Session

Sweet Avery! I have been photographing her since she was a tiny little newborn and she just gets sweeter and sweeter each time I see her! She came to the studio again back in December for her 1 year portrait session and was an absolute doll. Her mama brought two adorable dresses for her to wear and we paired them with a few different backdrop with lots of girly accents. While she wasn’t technically signed up for my JOY Plan, we still did some “progression” pictures at each of her sessions to see how much she has grown.
