Kelsey – 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, LA Cake Smash Session

On Cherilyn Haines Photography’s 4 year anniversary back in February, I did a drawing for 4 free sessions. The winner of the 1 Year Session was so sweet and decided to gift her session to a friend. And that’s how I got to meet sweet Miss Kelsey. 🙂 Two things I learned about Kelsey during her session – she is ready to be on the move and wants to go EVERYWHERE! And…this girl LOVES her mama! She wanted her mama beside her the whole time. Thankfully, her mama is a tiny little thing and had no problems squeezing herself against the wall as soon as Kelsey would look in the direction of the camera. Ha!  And look at all of the sweet pictures we ended up with. 🙂 We also got to do a fun cake smash at the end  of the session. While Kelsey did take a few tiny bites of her cake, she was more excited about shaking the tissue poms around. 😉 Here are a few of my favorites from Kelsey’s 1 year session……
