Rory – 1 Year Old | Baton Rouge, LA Baby and Cake Smash Photographer

I had so much fun getting to photograph this happy guy again a few weeks ago. I first met Rory when he was a super sleepy 12 day old newborn. He is now a super spunky, super adorable 1 year old who is *always* on the go! He has the most beautiful blue eyes an adorable toothy little grin that he showed off lots, all while running away from the camera. 😉 We did the first part of the session with some simple backdrops and props per mama’s request (although she did let me sneak in one colored backdrop 😉 ) and then we ended the session with an adorable cake smash. Rory’s 1st birthday was a “Where the Wild Things Are”/Woodland themed so we used that same theme for his cake smash. While Rory didn’t eat much of his cake, he definitely made sure he smashed every last bit of that cake. I have no idea where it went but he got it ALL. And he was very proud of himself for doing that. lol Here are some of my favorites from Rory’s session…..
