Sophie: 12 Days Old | Baton Rouge, LA Newborn Portrait Session

Meet 12 day old Sophie. This sweet yet strong-willed little one gave me a run for my money a few weeks ago! 😉 She LOVED being swaddled up all nice and cozy but didn’t so much love being naked. Luckily, we were able to do lots of sweet prop and blanket shots with her swaddled. While I don’t tend to do a ton of “themed” setups, when a baby has a Harry Potter themed nursery, I have to give a tiny nod to it in their session. We swaddled Miss Sophie up (of course) and had her hold a wand and even added a golden snitch in for one. 😉 This sweet girl is signed up for my JOY Plan so I’ll get to hang out with her a few more times throughout the year. 🙂
