My sweet buddy Benjamin came back to visit the studio for his second JOY Plan session back in May! He has already changed SO much since I photographed him as a newborn and has the cutest little personality and the prettiest blue eyes!
His mama brought some adorable, classic rompers for him to wear – starting with this sweet little white one that we paired with a sage green backdrop to coordinate with a few of the setups from his newborn session.
I love when they’re at the stage where they just want to chew on their hands non-stop. I feel like it’s just such a classic pose at this age. I think this sweet guy had some teeth trying to make their way out. 😉 I also love how their perfectly happy laying on their backs and rolling around at this age. 🙂
His mama also brought this sweet pale blue romper for a few setups and I love how it made his blue eyes pop paired with this dark blue backdrop. By the way, those big smiles were mostly aimed towards his oldest sister who is one of my past JOY Plan babies and is the best helper at his sessions. 🙂
I love adding in these profile images at this age (if we can get them still enough for them). I just love how you can capture the joy and wonder in their eyes from this view. 🙂
And then we ended Benjamin’s session with some sweet and simple diaper cover pictures for more of a classic look. These are always some of my favorites. 🙂
I can’t wait to see this sweet guy again in a few months for his one year portraits!
