There is nothing sweeter than watching little ones grow during their first year! Ellie’s beautiful 6 month milestone session at my Baton Rouge studio was another special chapter in her journey, and I loved seeing how much she had changed since her newborn and 3 month sessions. One of my favorite parts of offering milestone sessions is having the opportunity to watch babies grow throughout their first year. It has been such a joy to photograph sweet Ellie as a newborn, again at 3 months, and now for her adorable 6 month milestone session.
From the very beginning, we’ve chosen a soft white, bright, and airy style for each of Ellie’s sessions. This timeless look keeps the focus exactly where it belongs—on her beautiful expressions, growing personality, and all of those precious little details that change so quickly during baby’s first year. Looking back through her images already, it’s amazing to see just how much she’s grown while still creating a perfectly coordinated collection.
At six months old, Ellie was full of smiles, curiosity, and the sweetest little expressions. This age is one of my favorites because babies are beginning to show so much personality while still being wonderfully content in front of the camera. Whether she was happily playing with her tiny toes, flashing big smiles, or making the cutest curious faces, she made every setup absolutely adorable.
I can’t wait to see Ellie again for her one-year session and complete her first-year collection. (I still have her 9 month session to blog as well!) It has truly been an honor to document each milestone for her family, and I’m so excited to see how much she’ll grow over the next few months.
